My daily routine is as follows: I start with heavy, thick flossing. I then brush with Tea Tree Therapy Natural Whitening Toothpaste. Taste isn't the best, takes some getting used to, no big deal because: it really CLEANS teeth and gums, teeth and gums feel clean and smooth. It has a very distinct clean feel, far better than any other toothpaste I've used. Then you will find that this toothpaste has an excellent whitening/whitening effect. Your teeth look great. I then take the next step in my routine: gargling with hydrogen peroxide, which bubbles up nicely in my mouth and kills any remaining impurities. The end result is that your mouth is clean, residue-free, and radiant. This toothpaste is the lightest I've ever seen on my toothpaste teeth. Such a great product.
