On examination the hair was soft and looked nice and curly. I washed this unit together and at the time it was still very soft (unfortunately it faded a bit in the first wash). The downsides are that the hair is very thin, falls out a lot, and gets tangled to the point where you can't untangle it properly without pulling the hair out of your hair. I didn't want to damage the block so I stopped there. I actually wore this device for several days. I took good care of it and was very careful because I know curly blocks need TLC. To be honest I doubt this device is 100% human as the knotted part of the wig appears to be synthetic. I really wanted to love this wig and for over $80 and only a pair of socks before it became completely unwearable this is disappointing to me as a new buyer. I feel excluded! I called support three times today and even left a message. No one answered the phone even though they said their support team is available 24 hours a day. Update: I received a full refund so I'm grateful for that. Unfortunately, several text messages were sent to me late at night. For many days this company asked me to remove my review in exchange for free hair. I had to block their number on my phone because they texted me from multiple phone numbers. I will not compromise my integrity by lying to people, hair is terrible!
