I am very happy with this product. I have a large family and order LOTS of 5 gallon water bottles every 2 weeks. I needed a way to aesthetically keep the bottles upright to save space and this is exactly what I need. Thanks to the adjustable soft feet, it won't wobble or scratch the wooden floor. Assembly is very easy and simple. The only "issue" I see, and it's minor, is someone has water bottles with handles built into the side and needs to use them to eject the water bottles. The distance between tiers is too small to put your hand in and grab the handle. I'm strong enough where I don't need it and can drag the bottles far enough to grab the handle while balancing the bottom of the bottle on the counter. Again a very small problem. I find this type of shelving overpriced but relatively speaking this is a good buy.
