Excellent my verdict: my rating
This dress definitely met my expectations, the skirt is soft and not itchy like most tutu skirts, my daughter loves it! The bodice is made of soft stretch fabric, it has adjustable straps, the feathers and beads on the bodice are very cute. The delivery process came earlier than expected. Overall a great purchase.
