CUSTOMER IPAD DAMAGED! We have an electronics workshop and wanted to try a new, cheaper product (and this is where we failed, buy cheap, get cheap). When we arrived we noticed that the home button didn't even have a square drawn on it, which every iPad has and in fact other screen replacements have. It was just a home button. We just replaced it with the original to fix this issue. After replacing ONE (ONE ONE to many!) we noticed that the screen was showing a "ghost touch" and part of the screen became unresponsive. We've seen this before and it's usually fixed by simply removing and reinserting the digitizer. We did just that, and in the process, the digitizer literally ripped off the pins on our FPC! NOT COOL CUTLERY! Not cool! So for those of you who have no idea how to fix an FPC, don't bother buying from these guys. It's not worth the risk.
