Bought for a new house. When it was ready to install it didn't work properly - it was a bathtub mount instead of a wall mount. Tried to return but the return period has expired. It is difficult to predict installation dates in a new home. I was very disappointed that I couldn't return the product. It wasn't cheap. I'm not sure how it works because it failed to install. I then ordered a new one and after installation there was a leak in the handle which squirted around the room and flooded our bathroom. We caught him after a few hours but he ruined part of the drywall and door by spraying. Needless to say I am not a satisfied customer.
