Nearly perfect. with headphones

These headphones are small, comfortable and sound fantastic. The battery life is great and I love how I can use the charging case to charge other devices. The workmanship is pleasant and the case is partly made of metal, which is a plus. However, a very noticeable beep/tick can be heard when using these headphones. It is present all the time and can be heard in quiet or still moments in the music. I've tried two different pairs and both have this problem. It's distracting and annoying. If this problem was fixed, that would be perfect.

Pros

AUTOMATIC PAIRING IN ONE STEP. After the first initial pairing, you do not need to repeat the pairing process. Take the earphones out of the charging case to automatically connect to your device and simply enjoy your music.
