After a long search for a new pillow I came across this 'queen size' option and decided to give it a try. I'm glad I did! I confess I was a bit skeptical as it arrived in a much smaller package than I expected and was rolled up inside. But after following the instructions and leaving it for 24 hours, it increased to a normal size. There was a bit of a strange smell when I opened it, but that went away after standing. Adding a pack of extra memory foam cubes was key as I needed the pillow to be slightly larger. I was able to add what I needed until I got the perfect size for me. If I ever want to change it, I can easily add or remove memory foam as needed. It's super comfortable. The pillow has a hot side and a cold side, and since it's summer where I live, I use the cold side. I notice a difference between this and my old pillow. I plan to flip it once the temperature starts to drop. I also liked how soft it is. I use a pillowcase over it, but I would sleep right on top of the pillow very comfortably due to the softness of the cover. It's also detachable so I can wash it quickly and efficiently when I need to wash it. If you have any doubts about choosing this pillow, just try it and you won't be disappointed!
