I thought it would be a really good idea and that is if you don't fully renew. But when I did that and sat on it, the little plastic things started breaking off. He weighs 330 pounds. I don't see this happening as I weigh 135 and broke it. This is an update on their customer service. I have to give them 5 stars for that. They emailed me and asked what they could do to fix the problem. I told them I didn't want a replacement but a refund would be nice. They refund my money and send me a gift.
