I injured my left elbow so badly that I couldn't use my arm and my arm hurt from the middle of my forearm to the middle of my bicep and it was all painful but there was a severe one sharp pains in my elbow joint. This went on for several weeks with no improvement. It saved a life! They were very snug and comfortable from the start and helped keep the hand stable at a slight angle like a sling. They were comfortable to wear most of the time, but I took them off from time to time to get rid of bumps and scratches (wife says my itchy skin is my fault, not her). After 2 weeks of using it, it got better and better every day until I forgot if there was a sleeve or not! Highly recommended.
