Plastic base, works.

Everything snapped together okay & moved like they're supposed to. The battery compartment was nearly impossible to open; I finally resorted to one of my many tiny tools to pry it open without damaging anything. The lights worked. The base is a somewhat flimsy plastic, making the mirror a little prone to tipping over. All in all, not bad for the price.

This is great the habs so you can put it anywhere you want and do whatever you want if you need to do your make up that will probly work really good for that pop a pimple it works good for that trim your beard works really great needs for Double-A batteries if you buy the good ones it''ll last forever
