The plastic grommets that wrap around the tube that the shelves slide onto don't snap well so the shelves don't fit snugly. I have a dozen products with this type of rack/plastic bushing assembly and have never experienced this problem. On all the other products I have, the shelf slides over the plastic so you can barely see the plastic. This means that not even half of the plastic sleeve fits into the metal tube. If the pieces fit on one side of the bar, they won't meet on the other side. Later I wanted to try knocking them off with a rubber mallet, but when I decided to put wheels on the bottom, one was unthreaded and wouldn't attach to the frame. That's enough for me. Everything was neatly packed in a box for return.
