This black product is very beautiful. The plastic back completely encloses the iPad, leaving the necessary buttons, microphone, speakers and charging port free. The back is also translucent, allowing the apple symbol to show through. The cover is a vinyl material with multiple magnets inside. Love the fact that this case has a vinyl lip that flips up to hold a pencil. However, I can say that the pencil can easily fall out. As an iPad stand, it gets a 4/10, just flimsy and difficult to use. Two months later I still don't know how to get the table flat / slightly raised properly. This is a great holdall at an amazing price!
