ATTENTION TO THE BUYER! suitable for warning and emergency lights

I saw a neighbor with this product, thought it was cool. Ordered from Revain, no problem. When I tried to unscrew the back of 2 of these blocks, the screws wouldn't come out. Only one came out, but you have to shoot 2 at each one to insert the batteries. When I called customer service for help, I spent over half an hour talking to two extremely rude people. Andrew, apparently a supervisor (questionable), criticized me when I tried to tell him that the phone service was down. He ended up offering me a 10% refund (yes, 10 isn't a typo) and a new item (with my shipping fee). NO THANK YOU. CHEAP product, poorly made and absolutely terrible customer service. DO NOT BUY THIS, YOU WILL LOSE YOUR $
