Review on ๐Ÿ๏ธ Optimized Milano Sport Gamma Motorbike Jacket by David Cash

Good Jacket - Extra Perspective

The jacket just arrived and like other reviewers I am impressed with the thought and quality that has gone into the less expensive protective gear. Coded buttons for lined sleeves - white and black coding that keeps the lined sleeves flush with the jacket. Adjustable closure at the neck. Velcro on biceps, forearms and wrists to adjust sleeve length and armor position. Waist adjuster with Velcro. Additional buttons and closures are included in the tag bag. Cons: Short torso (not a problem for me) The main zipper is the opposite of what is used in most American menswear; this is the right feed to the left zipper. Invisible when closed but looks odd compared to other zippered items. The main zipper seems a bit light in design, but it works. Stay there and you don't need a wind flap. Second, this jacket is clearly built more for a European cut - which means we "fatter" Americans will have to buy more - but how much that can depend on your body type. Generally speaking, if you wear a size L shirt and it fits you well (as opposed to tense muscles or sausage), order an XL in this jacket; Landing will be correct. I originally ordered size L because I had interpreted other reviews regarding the size of the jacket and it fits like a thin M. For perspective: I am a short man, 5 feet tall and 170 pounds. Broad shoulders, neck 17 inches, chest 44 inches. Not "thick" - more like a fire hydrant. Size XL is perfect for my shoulders/chest and being a short torso it's a bonus for me. I was able to successfully adjust the sleeves using the adjusters mentioned to place and hold the armor there, as well as control the length of the sleeves. I hope you find this review helpful. Be visible, drive safe.
