no problems with the chip. big !

I have used and prefer Brother for 15 years. but this Brother 2350 model is a real problem as the toner comes with a chip which makes it difficult to buy third party toner. Advantages ----- 1) The chip didn't cause any problems. ALL IS GOOD Minuses ---- 2) GENERALLY advise toner toner for 1st time. So when I shack, a lot of toner came out. good thing i was outside and shacked.
