Fantastic for adult skin too

I ALWAYS try different types and brands of lotions, creams, balms, gels and ointments to find the unicorn product that doesn't irritate my sensitive skin. , causes psoriasis flare-ups, smells like a bloated perfume counter and actually hydrates my skin. Friends and family members love it because they rarely use lotion/cream/balm/etc. have to buy it myself because I buy so much of it myself that it ends up not working. This cream from Butt Naked Baby is NOT a cream I'm going to share with anyone because it's so wonderful (and expensive). This stuff is non-greasy, has almost no odor, soothes my skin instead of irritating it and helps it feel hydrated. When I first used this I was a bit concerned that it would be more of a diaper cream than a skin cream, especially when it came so thick out of the tube. This cream is thick and rich but absorbs like a lighter lotion. Its smell is almost imperceptible, and to me it's just a faint smell of sunflower oil. When you wash your hands, it takes you more than 20 seconds to completely wash a layer of this cream off your skin. If your skin is very dry, cracked and sore, this lotion is gentle enough not to sting or sting. I have recently had to wear a 30 day heart monitor and the conductive pads have left my skin red, sore and covered with tiny blisters as I am allergic to almost every type of glue used for tape, medical tape etc lotion, to try to soothe my skin and help it heal. I left the stain untreated so I could see if the lotion really helped or if my skin got better on its own. After a few days and a few applications, the treated skin has visibly improved. The blisters had disappeared without scabs, the redness had almost disappeared and the areas peeled to the point of moisture were no longer hypersensitive. The untreated area was much redder, itchy and painful. The main disadvantage of this cream is the price. Yes, it's thick, soothes skin, and helps heal problem skin, but at around $7 an ounce, it's hard to say I'll be buying it regularly. I have tried other lotions and creams that work just as well (or even better) than this one like La Roche Posay Lipikar Lotion and Lipikar Balm AP+ which are much cheaper. For this reason, it is difficult to justify the purchase of such a small product container. I really really love this cream but after using it daily on my hands and treating a spot on my chest the tube was almost 2/3 out and I didn't even have it for two weeks. Five star product, attractive price.
