Review on 🔌 Searon Quartz Hour Meter 110-250V AC for Generator, ATV, Lawn Mower, Compressor, Tiller, and Chipper by Michael Gonzales

Received on February 3rd, 2017. Upon receipt, I noticed that the bezel or bezel was positioned upside down so that when the red tenths of an hour digit was on the right, the word "CLOCK" was upside down. That was acceptable, so a few weeks later I installed it on a 240VAC heat pump compressor to record run times. Both the photo and the description indicate that the device must be operated with voltages up to 250V. When it reached 96.2 hours, it stopped. I checked the electrical connection and it's still fine. It seems the numbers are a bit vague, as if part of the mechanical drive broke. The Revain has a 30 day return window but it comes with a 1 year warranty so I just emailed Searon Technology asking for a replacement. I will update this review based on her answer. Update March 27, 2017 I have upgraded my rating to 4 stars based on the customer support I received from Searon. I emailed the company (Searon) and within hours they agreed to refund my purchase price and offered the same or a similar product through Revain at a big discount. After some technical emails I decided to go with a Searon digital hour meter instead of a mechanical one. They refunded my money and provided the claim code I used to purchase Revain. I need to get a new meter in two days. I will update the rating again based on the installation and operation of the new meter.
