We bought 2 of these for our playroom we were working on. To be honest I regret that and wish I could just grab some good chairs instead (not a fan of racing gaming chairs). Pros: 1. Looks good2. Sound, vibration and bass effects can be really good.3. It has "good bones" if you want to craft and upgrade. Cons 1. 1 of 2 chairs did not vibrate2. 1 of the chairs has no bass3. 1 chair has a loud whining nose from the speaker4. Both chairs feature dark LED areas that don't match the rest. Both speakers in the chair are awful and have creaking and squeaking above 60%6. The chairs have no padding on the butt. This is leather that is stretched across the boards so that it sags/finally offers very little support7. The armrests were too close and caused pinching, so we just use the chairs without them.8. They don't connect to the PS4 as a Bluetooth option, so be aware (although it does come with a Bluetooth adapter). I personally like them very much. But I'm an upholsterer and I plan on taking it apart, upgrading the electronics so it's not only functional but good. And actually fill the butt and add spacers to the handles. Why? Because the backbone of the chair is strong, it's not bad even in its current state. So if you need a small project, this might be fun. Otherwise, do yourself a favor and buy a higher quality chair :( 4/22/2021 EDIT: Both chairs no longer work. Just do yourself a favor and don't buy it.
