Disappointed with their customer service because it costs so much.
Scrap only. The batteries didn't work right away and I sent the cuddle back under warranty. It took 4 months to send them back with no explanation. When asked what's wrong they said the warranty has expired, why am I wasting my time sending it back to you? I have 5 j series cameras that I will sell and get something else if that is the customer service. just trash.
