IT IS NOT SO EASY TO PUT TOGETHER!
I had a lot of problems with the clips that hold the shelves and cross bars.The directions are mostly pictures with few written directions. They would have been helpful.I ended up calling customer support and DENISE was very helpful.She sent me a link to YOU TUBE that had a WATEX video (but the hose connection appears to be different on mine than the one in the video).All in all I like the concept.Hope it holds up for the price.WATEX customer service has been quite helpful!
