First of all it came a few days after it was "guaranteed" but that's not the sender's fault. The necklace was in a small, rag-like bag inside a weightless envelope that appeared to have been crumpled several times when the delivery service lost it. Ordered as a gift for an 8 year old, unfortunately arrived too late. The necklace was a good size with a lovely silver chain and the back of the pendant had a lovely design which gave it a premium feel. However, the front domed part of the pendant, the main part that would be visible when worn, was clearly covered with glue. nope Returned. It also looked like a piece of printed paper with a glass dome over it, glued into a silver tag. I have already ordered another necklace which arrived on time in a beautiful jewelry box.
