Neither block worked. Original and replacement never worked

I bought the first replacement charger for my M712D Asus vivobook 17.2. That does not work. I waited 10 days for a replacement and the second device didn't work either. Tried different outlets, plugged and unplugged a few times but nothing (my original charger works 100%). Either the company is mislabeling which laptop it is for, or the company has a very big problem with their quality control. very disappointed.
