The box contains the impression tray, the impression material, the instructions for use and the return bag. It's easy to use by following the video instructions on their website. Contact the seller to see if you had a good experience. They also prepare extra impression putty if you screwed up which I did lol. Finally, send them your impression and then wait for the braces. I think the braces are of good quality and fit my teeth very well.
