You need to work on quality control. Received a brand new box still sealed with plastic, the stitching was separating in a few places and the leather was not the right size or packaging. It literally starts to decompose even before it's used. I wouldn't pay $30 for that crap. Also, as many people say, cards fall out pretty easily when shaken upside down. Credit cards only need to be shaken gently before they fall out. I will be back and will most likely never buy from them again.
