Poor design quality

I would not recommend this to anyone, especially a woman with a smaller stature. There is a big thick piece of plastic that sits right in your armpit and rubs Sized fits all but the problem with this theory is that not everyone is built the same, if you have broader shoulders this will probably work for you,
