Received a broken container lol

I've used this makeup before and was impressed so thought I'd get out there now that it's 'allowed' to go, will get more. I've been waiting to use it for an upcoming trip. I opened the box, container and used the included applicator to gently press down on the makeup pad to get the perfect flower-like amount at BAM. the pad gave way and the makeup-like lava exploded up and out. Shelf, floor, my hair and clothes. What a mess. Luckily I had my trusty old makeup with me just in case. anything. But I didn't expect THAT to be "anything".
