The ability to send out emails to my team in real time and have them respond immediately, as well as being able to track each response and assign it to the correct person. I wish there was an easier way to create templates that could be used for multiple projects. It's difficult to find templates that are specific to your needs. I am solving problems with our email marketing process. We were using different applications for each department, so we had no consistency across the board. Now we can easily see who opened what and when they did it.
