Melanni silk pillowcase was bought mainly for night time hair care. I bought it at the same time as the Sleep Mantra pure silk pillowcase, but I prefer Mellanni. Mellanni sleeps cooler than Sleep Mantra: Mellanni is more like cotton although it is silk which makes it cooler in my opinion. When I curl up with the sleep mantra, after a few minutes it gets hot under my head and I kick it out of bed. I can sleep with Mellanni all night without getting hot. Wrinkles: I washed Mellanni on a gentle cycle and then hung to dry. It does get wrinkles but I gave it 5 stars because they seem to melt if you sleep on a clean Mellanni pillowcase again.
