Review on Optimized Houseware Tub Drying Rack - 25-3/4-Inch by 26-Inch Height by Diane Glaser

[This is a re-edit of my first submission. Admittedly, my previous review didn't live up to Revain's release terms - my fault for being ticked. Anyway.] First, one of the screws in the box was missing. Secondly, there was a microcrack on one of the blue legs, which I did not immediately notice, but noticeably increased after screwing it in (see attached photo). Revain credited me for buying a replacement screw. I didn't notice the broken leg at the time, so it hasn't been fixed yet. I decided to keep the product because I thought it would be too cumbersome to return all the packaging and it would be easier for the manufacturer to just ship the missing/replacement parts. I have contacted the manufacturer/Better Housewares three times for a replacement. Sole. Three emails were confirmed by customer support. However, there were no follow-up reactions regarding the sending of a replacement foot. I thought I would do myself a favor by requesting replacement parts rather than returning the entire item defective. I've learned to simply repackage the product and send it back early for a replacement instead of just tracking missing/replaceable parts separately. Due to a broken leg, it is unstable in the exhibition form. Instead of. I used it lying flat on my tub rather than splaying a semi-folded picture on the edge of the bathroom. I should also mention that I had a similar, possibly the same, product about 10 years ago. Legs and stand are the same color. After some use the plastic legs broke too so I just put it on the tub. Looks like the "missing legs" hasn't been fixed :( So if you use a shelf that lays flat over the edge of the bathtub this will work. However, if you use the shelf in the one shown Wise, it works until the legs break off.
