We got this doll for our toddler when she was about one and a half, and she immediately fell in love. The doll’s sweet, friendly face is rarely out of her sight or arms. Her love for her doll is so deep that we decided to get a second as a backup and hand-wash/switch every week or two. My only complaint is that her yarn hair keeps coming out of her yarn hair ties, and I have to keep threading it back though every few nights. But my daughter is pretty rough on her hair, so everyone might not have that issue.EDIT: it’s been just over 5 months since we bought this doll. Our 2 year old has only used it about half the time because we bought a second a month later, so we can wash one and have an extra. Unfortunately, the stitching on the leg has already split. Super disappointed.EDIT: Customer service was super helpful with quickly sending a replacement for the defective doll. But unfortunately, it's basically a different doll. It has the wrong shade and texture of hair, it's two inches shorter, the whole thing is fatter and flatter, has far less filling, the list goes on. There is absolutely no way this can serve as a backup to my daughter's favorite doll and a replacement for the defective one. So if you think your kid will actually like this and you might need a backup one, think again. Again, very disappointed.EDIT: Customer service issued a refund for the ripped one. 3 stars.
