Review on Teva Kids Hurricane Sandal - Medium Boys' Shoes available at Sandals by David Pirlet

These great sandals feel better, look better and are more durable than the Birkenstock kids foam sandals (we had a pair of these and felt thin/soft in comparison). We are not new to the Teva brand but the sizing of these Teva sandals is slightly different and runs large. My child is size 1.5 and wears size 2.5 sneakers; 2 in sandals. Based on other reviews. I ordered them in size 1 and size 13. Size 13 fitted perfectly but didn't leave me room to grow. Size 1 is too big. If there is such a big discrepancy between sizes Teva should really consider offering half sizes on this model as this model is not sized to fit other Teva sandals and shoes. My kid loved the look, feel and colors of these sandals and wanted to keep them. We would normally wish they could just grow into them, but they were needed for the upcoming holiday and just didn't fit securely enough for coastal walks. I ended up buying and keeping a pair of size 2 Teva Midform sandals. instead of a daughter. This corresponded to the size. She could wear it this summer and maybe even next. Revain Shipping made sure they got here on time for our trip.
