Review on Sony Computer Entertainment Playstation System 3 by Veeravelu Tang

Revainrating 4 out of 5

I expect to use an old hard drive with it and call it good. It came out with a drive bay and .

I wanted to check this sooner and be harder thinking I had clicked 'Like New' and in hindsight what I ordered was obviously 'Very Good'. This isn't the first time I've ordered something from Revain specifically for something that's declared quality and then it changed when I wanted to complain, but I don't think I remember taking screenshots, OK. I would be tougher because I ordered a drive bay and this 12gb PS3 hoping to use the old drive with it and call it good. It came with the drive bay already in it and without the original packaging so I thought I got it. If it were still listed as 'As New' and still listed as shipped with this packaging I could point that out and be a lot more dissatisfied but compared to the current listing that's fair enough. Aside from the non-original packaging (this time the listing doesn't suggest it would have happened anyway) and it had a disc drive (less of a problem and more of a "I ordered something extra I don't need") Dude), the only real issue I had was the frankly awkward mini-USB cable. I ended up using the other one I had laying around (I'm the type who has various cables lying around) because that looked weird in the packaging at the end of the controller and didn't stay in. Luckily, they cost less than a dollar each. Replace so not too worried but that combined with an inaccurate listing (part of the drive, it clearly stated it didn't have a hard drive) and that I had to get the file for the USB drive to run enough Setting the Drive seems enough to call it a 4/5, but if we had a more accurate rating system I'd probably put it at 4.5/5 instead. While everything works fine, the spare cable charges the controller so there's no problem, it connects to the network via wired or wireless. I didn't bother testing the old TV connection because HDMI works fine and that's all I cared about anyway, but games work just as well on my brother's PS3 and the few other "apps" that I could use should seem to work on such an "old" system (that's a PS3 and not this particular model, I know this model is physically newer). I'll probably swap out the drive /one day/ for a faster one, but it definitely fits all the critical issues I'm worried about at the moment.
