I love that they are very flexible when it comes to scheduling appointments with clients who have tight schedules or multiple projects going at once! They do not always get back promptly but all staff is friendly & helpful if there's an issue you need help resolving - which isn't often because of their great service!! If your looking into having someone take over some project work from another vendor (or just want more hands-on assistance) this could be perfect fit for what yoou're after as well. Great communication between client/project manager vs contractors / submittals etc..
