Socks were really comfortable. The length was perfect. The material itself is very stretchy and warm, but not so much that it suffocates. It's a kind of very breathable cotton, so it's easy to clean in cold or warm water. I would stay away from hot water just to be on the safe side as like all dark (black) prints it can stain the color. The fit itself is perfect, they hold up and don't fall out after a few hours. They are tight around the hips. There are also no protruding threads. They come in a variety of colors and designs, and the design doesn't stretch too much when worn.
