This item would make a great gift for a strength training friend or family member. (Especially if they're "bodybuilders"!) Gave one to a good buddy at a little birthday party many years ago and everyone loved it. Gave lots of jokes and laughter. I'm excited to give this to another friend who trains pretty hard as a birthday gift. Definitely recommend it.
