Not terrible at Nail Art & Polish

I don't know if this is a better deal than the more expensive Color Street nail wraps. Both brands are basically nail stickers made from real nail polish. They work much better than the polishes of yore, but the glue is still not very good. In order for the glue to really set you need to place the strip on a mug of hot water to heat the glue (some people put the glue in the microwave but I find the mug works better because I cut the strip of each nail short heat before applying, while you often need to warm up the microwave or work very quickly after blowing it up). I've done a few nails without heating them and have found that they peel off the nail more easily than the ones where I heated the glue. These wraps work well on short nails too - I find they look even better on chewed nails because they cover the uneven edge of the nail compared to applying liquid nail polish. However, it can be tricky if you bite the bullet (which my teenager does) to cut the cape to the right length. The strips tear quite easily and I can file them to the right length. I like the variety of patterns, but I'm not sure if it's worth using solid color strips over nail polish because I find they only last a day or two longer than color before the nail wraps also chip off. But the patterns are really pretty, and you definitely can't draw them on your nails at home. For some patterns I can get 2 bandages because I cut them in half since we have short nails. Still deducted a star because I can buy nail hoops for the same price or less from our local wholesaler and the samples I've found of them are better (they're called Incoco - I think they might even be made by Color Street).
