I've been using it for about 4 months and it works perfectly. keeps cold things cold and warm things warm. I put my frozen lunch in main storage and my cooked breakfast in a smaller accessory pack for a reasonable commute and both will be fine without much temperature transfer. I'm not particularly rough with it as it only transports my food from home to car and car to office, but it has no lost threads or stitching and the zippers still work like day one. The side rails also remained intact. It doesn't look cheap or shoddy, the fabric is durable and easy to keep clean. The design is simple, efficient and modern. Ultimately this is great value for money and did the job as expected at a very reasonable price.
