I've had it for over a week now and just got to do a little work with it today. I read the instructions and connected them as simply as possible. I plugged the receiver into my amp and walked about 30 feet, and maybe passed out a bit at one point. I'm fine with this because I don't need a distance between me and my amp, just make sure I have a cable. I am by no means a professional musician. I'm playing in a church and our stage is a little crowded so wireless would be a big help even though I'm never more than 10 feet from my amp. I can't comment on the battery life as they charge and I didn't use them long enough to drain the battery. The instructions are charged the day before use so I'm charging them now to have them ready by Sunday. Overall I think this is a good buy. I've wanted a system for years but at $200+ it just wasn't worth it. They're worth trying if all you want is convenience. How good it is when there is no string underfoot. Oh, I didn't mention that the sound quality was exactly as if I had used a cable.
