Covers the microphone and makes the microphone useless.

I like the tablet case except that it covers one of the microphones. I literally cut a hole in the plastic so the mic could be seen. I guess if you don't need a mic it doesn't matter, but I use it for Zoom meetings so mics are a bit important. So unless you want to fix that yourself, I would look at a different tablet case. UPDATE: The company contacted me to resolve the issue. Not many companies are currently doing this. Definitely recommend buying from this company.
