Ordered twice. For me and my daughter. Keep the ashes of my husband who recently passed away. We noticed the seal around my daughters wasn't tight and the jar was on top. We sent it back and got a replacement. The print looked better. But when we tapped on it, ash fell. The chain is pretty cheap. I would recommend a better chain. I did the same test with mine by tapping the necklace. Same result, the ash came out too. I like the look of the trailer so I may find a way to seal it better so nothing leaks inside. Or buy an alternative trailer elsewhere. If I can't find a solution, I will most likely return the product.
