Arrived damaged. for children's backpacks
I took the bag out of the packaging and it was damaged. The bag looks like the machine ripped the strap in half, which can be quite difficult given how durable it appears to be. The label says to contact them about damage, but doesn't specify who or how to contact them. I tried to contact the seller through Revain but received no response. This is such a cute bag and my daughter loves it but poor quality control and no response from seller, I am very disappointed.
