Review on 🌼 Mrs. Meyer's Clean Day Bar Soap: Versatile Body Wash and Hand Soap, Cruelty Free, Essential Oil Infused, Honeysuckle Scent - 5.3 oz, 1 Bar by Marina Perez

I bought this soap for the same reason as many other reviewers; I wanted a quality soap made from natural ingredients. We use and love Mrs. Meyer's and use many of her other products around the house. All in all this is a good soap. The smell of this bar is pleasant but, as some have noticed, quite strong. If you're not a big fan of honeysuckle, you might find it a little overwhelming. Some soaps tend to dry out the skin, but this soap doesn't. Feels great on the skin and rinses off easily. I found it important to store this bar in a place where it can dry out between uses. I noticed a couple of times when I left it where there was water underneath it absorbed a lot of water. This made the bar very soft and by the next time I used the bar most of that use had quickly "gone" away. In my opinion more than other soaps. The biggest downside to this soap is that I'm not sure how well it works as a body bar. My job requires me to be in the sun most of the day and I sweat a lot. I started using this bar and noticed when I got home I didn't smell that great. They attributed it to hotter-than-usual weather, but it lasted for several weeks. I went back to my regular soap and haven't had this problem since. I use the same deodorant/antiperspirant all the time so all I can think of is that this soap isn't as good as my other brand. So in the end I would recommend this soap as a hand soap and not a shower cleanser if like me you are prone to sweating.
