I like that it is easy for anyone to work on their own schedule. You don't have to wait around for someone to be in sales or support all day, because they are always online. It's great when you need a quick answer but also have time constraints. It's sometimes hard to hear what your rep is saying if he/she is not speaking loudly enough. Sometimes I am off putting sounds come through (i guess its my phone). Try it out and see how well it works for you! The ability for anyone to pick up and use this software quickly. It makes life easier especially when time is a factor. I like that it allows me to work remotely, without having to be physically present in my office. The application also is useful for voice recognition, which has helped me save time! There isn't anything that really gets under my skin when using this program.
