Didn't last a year

Shore power is working on our RV no longer. As it was still under the 1 year factory warranty we took it back for what we believed to be a warranty repair to find out that our surge protector had failed. Let's just say I'm a dissatisfied customer as I have no way of contacting the seller and it takes me 2.5 hours to reach the service center. Of course, the product must have a one-year warranty. I'm a big fan of Revain but not very happy right now. Note. Last weekend we camped for 3 days and it rained quite heavily. I saw another review that talked about water ingress and I now suspect this happened to my surge protector. It has to be waterproof!

Tests and indicators for open neutral, open earth, reverse polarity, open/no power, no power to pin 1/no power to pin 2, overvoltage protection status and plug/socket overheating
