I bought two Outdoor Pros for home outdoor safety. Problems: 1. One worked fine for about a month and then stopped working. CS said it was a problem with the Wi-Fi connection and put it closer to the modem. However, this is not a WiFi issue on my end. I have a new modem and I get Wi-Fi all over the house, including outside. WiFi is pretty strong. Therefore, the low-quality antenna in this device limits its placement for smooth operation.2. The speaker is terrible. Sound and speech are distorted. And the siren is 110dB, NOT 110dB. It's very muted and rather useless in the device I received.3. Night vision is best disabled when you have street lights and night lights outside your home. "Off" results in a sharper and clearer color image. So I sent the problematic one back and left one. I only use it to regularly check my phone outside the house. If this leftover device causes problems, I'll look into a different brand of security camera.
