I don't usually write reviews but I was so disappointed with this company I thought I needed one. It was the purchase of a birthday gift from my mother through my account for my daughter. Because of this we didn't open the package straight away, and the fact that COVID happened and my mother (who is elderly) was only able to come recently. We opened the package a few days before July 4th and while assembling the stroller, we noticed that one of the screw holes did not line up with the body of the stroller to insert a screw. I immediately contacted the company with a photo as the packaging says NOT to contact the store. They refused to replace the broken part and didn't respond to my other emails. Now my daughter doesn't have a birthday present and my mom doesn't have $60. I will never buy from this company again and would not recommend it to anyone. Customer service is TERRIBLE. Can't return it via Revain either as the deadline has expired (again it was a gift so we didn't open it straight away to collect the buggy.).
