This bag is softer than I expected. It's not hard leather like hard material like many of my other bags. Externally, this is a nice medium sized bag that can be worn with both casual and formal attire. Inside, that really got me excited. This bag contains a taser, sunglasses, sanitizer, wallet, keys, lip balm, my son's snacks, and a 32-ounce canteen of water, and there's still room! I was amazed at how much I could fit in this bag and how it didn't even look full. I prefer to carry this bag over my shoulder and appreciate that I was able to shorten the strap to accommodate my height. I'm really impressed with this bag at such a great price. Not designer quality but definitely a good everyday wallet.
