I like that it's easy for anyone in any team at your organization (or outside) as well! It helps us understand where our customers are coming from so we can build better products with them always ahead/future-focused; this has been very helpful especially when you're working across different business units or geographies within an org - having insight into cross domain requirements & experiences makes product design easier than ever before!! Nothing yet specifically but would love if they had some sort of automated QA feature built right inside VV wherein all tests could be run through one place instead using multiple external tools which take time (> 1hr).

Also being able to access data stored online via google drive/docs without needing extra apps installed locally was useful too since there were many times my colleagues couldn't install such applications due to lack of space etc even.
