Compression enough to keep me where I want to be without feeling like I can't breathe. The only thing I complain about is that the boobs don't really support the boobs so I still have to wear a bra underneath anyway. Tanks like this with real chest support are around $80, so for the money this compression tank is awesome. Other reviewers note that it's difficult to top yourself at this. Any compression shirt that actually offers acceptable slimming properties must be pulled over the buttocks. The same goes for this shirt. It needs a little wiggling, but that's the nature of any product like this.
